PRINTING CONDITIONS: Store labels in a dry environment. If temperature and humidity levels are very different between storage and printing environments, sheets should be brought to the printing environment several hours before use. Very dry conditions can affect the flatness of the sheet and therefore the power supply to the printer Optimal printing conditions are a relative humidity of 40 to 50% and a temperature of 20 to 25 °C.
PRINTER SETTINGS AND MANAGEMENT: Follow the printer vendor's recommendations. Most of them recommend using external tray feeding and specific settings for label printing. Always ventilate the pile of sheets before printing to release electrical charge build-up.
LABELED SURFACE AND CONDITIONS: Clean the surface to prevent any dust, grease, or moisture on the labeled surface and apply even pressure to the entire label to ensure adhesion. For removable labels, the following factors can compromise its removability: UV light, humidity, exposure to high temperatures, high polarity of the labeled surface.
